Voting by Proxy
Voting by Proxy ( click to download the printable form) This option is for members who want to donate, but can not be there in person, AND who are comfortable letting someone else vote for them. In this case, you would submit the Proxy Form along with a Nomination Form and a $100 donation (cash or cheque). Everything needs to be submitted ahead of the meeting, or arrangements made for someone to bring them for you.
